In short: Airtrace runs on your own server inside your own network and sends us no usage data. This page explains the small amount of personal data we do handle. The data controller is LedPlayMeter, Türkiye - tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com.
1. The software on your server
- Newsroom data, agency items and report data are stored in the PostgreSQL database on your own server. We never receive them.
- There is no telemetry, no usage statistics and no automatic call home.
- Licence checks run offline on your server after activation.
- Agency feeds are fetched by your server from the agencies you have contracted with; we are not involved.
2. Licence activation
To activate a licence you open our activation page (lisans.ledperimetersoftware.com) and send us:
- your license code;
- a machine ID, a fingerprint calculated from hardware identifiers of your server. It contains no newsroom data;
- optionally, a licence-holder name and an email address.
We keep this record to issue your licence, to issue it again if you need it, and to prevent a code from being used more than it should be. The legal basis is performing our contract with you.
3. Buying a licence
When you request a quote or buy a licence we receive the name, email address, organisation and order details you give us. We keep transaction records for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
4. This website
- This website uses no advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies, and loads no external fonts.
- Our hosting server records your IP address, browser type, the requested page and the time, for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited period.
- Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google) to see which pages are visited. It is loaded only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set (Consent Mode v2, all storage denied by default). If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to two years), which hold a random client identifier, and collects the pages you view, the referring page, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. We do not use it for advertising or personalisation. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months. The legal basis is your consent.
- Withdrawing your choice. Click "Cookie settings" in the footer and choose Reject, or clear this site's data (local storage and cookies) in your browser; the banner then asks again. The choice itself is stored only in your browser (local storage key atr-consent), not on our server.
- You can download the trial without registering.
5. Email
If you write to us we keep the correspondence so that we can answer and support you.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers (hosting, email, Google for Analytics if you accepted it, and a payment provider if you buy online) who process data on our behalf, some of them outside your country, including in the United States.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Write to tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
