Refund Policy

Airtrace is sold as a yearly subscription, per server, and includes a free 30-day trial so you can test it with your own data before you buy.
1. Try before you buy
The trial includes the full Reports and Agency Desk, needs no credit card and no internet connection. We recommend completing your evaluation during the trial.
2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund of your subscription within 14 days of purchase by writing to tahirfeyzioglu@gmail.com. We will refund the amount you paid for the affected subscription.
3. After the window
Subscriptions are for one year. After the refund window a subscription is not refundable for the remaining period, unless the law of your country says otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
4. What is not covered
- Subscriptions to news agencies. They are your own contracts with the agencies, not part of Airtrace.
- Licences obtained through a reseller, which follow the reseller's terms.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method or, for invoiced orders, by bank transfer, normally within 14 days of approval. After a refund the licence is cancelled.
